Below, you'll find information about our Condo. I pretty much copied the information and pictures directly from the Condo Owner's Website, but I changed some of the wording to match our situation (we don't need to know about the highchair). For more information about the clubhouse, you may want to check out the Owner Association's Website. There, you will also find more pictures, maps, and information.

The condo owner informed me that the decor and bedroom configurations have changed since the below pictures and information was published. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed plus bunk beds in the guest bedroom, and bunk beds in the loft. Yes, there is enough beds for each of us to have his own, so any bed-sharing will be completely voluntary. The condo is just minutes away from Copper Mountain. Also, there is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the Clubhouse.

At Libations, we drew cards to determine who gets the bigger beds. Here were the results of the drawing and bed selection:

Mountain Side Retreat - Indoor Pool - Hot Tubs - Near Skiing

Location: Frisco (Summit County), Colorado

Accommodations: Condominium - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 8)

Located five blocks from downtown Frisco, Mountain Side has the best recreational facilities. Soak those sore muscles in one of four hot tubs. Romp with the guys in the large indoor pool. Melt all your cares away in the steam room or sauna. Challenge your friends to a game of racquetball. All these fun activities are ours to enjoy, at no additional cost and just steps from our front door!

"Colorado Rustic" is a good way to describe the decor in our condo. Framed ski posters, old wooden skis, snowshoes, lodgey prints, and ski area trail maps adorn the walls. The use of warm earth tones and textures create a cozy feeling.

The family room is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings and skylights. The counter-bar, which seats four, makes an ideal gathering place to brag about Rick's skiing while keeping Eric (the cook) company! A drop leaf table is also available for our dining convenience.

Sink into the comfy couch or love-seat while being mesmerized by a roaring fire in the wood-burning fireplace. Relax on the oversized deck and let a sense of wonder and peace surround you as you enjoy the unobstructed view of Mount Royal.

The large master bedroom on the main level boasts a comfy, king-sized aspen log bed and TV. A full, private bath adjoins the master bedroom, as does a walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom is on the same level and is almost as spacious as the master. It has a queen-sized aspen log bed, a twin bed, dresser, and large closet. A full guest bath is just down the hall.

Upstairs is the third bedroom which offers bunk-beds (full on bottom, twin on top), TV and VCR, chest of drawers, and a closet.

Just behind the condo is a bike path that runs from Breckenridge to Vail. Past the bike path are wonderful hiking trails which take you past wetlands, beaver ponds, over mountains streams, through gorgeous groves of aspen, and even up to an old mining town, Masontown, which was wiped out by an avalanche. There's no need for a car to get to hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing - it's in our backyard!

Check out those huge outdoor hot tubs! I can hardly wait! There is also an indoor hot tub and pool. Oh, and don't forget to bring your racquetball equipment, because there is a racquetball court! If you visit the Clubhouse Website, you will notice that the clubhouse has recently been renovated. Nice!
